With a loyal database of email subscribers, returning customers, and regular offers, our website converts really well.
Our vegetarian friendly flapjacks have always been at the centre of our core product range. We insist on using only the best quality rolled oats available on the market for our flapjacks. They are lightly baked to remove excess moisture, to give them that ideal smooth texture without becoming too soft and mushy whilst maintaining the sustainability of all the goodness of the oats to deliver the crumbliest, oatiest and tastiest slow-release energy snack bar around. We offer a wide range of delicious flavours to satisfy all palates, eight of which are vegan friendly.
Our latest additions to the range are the Porridge Oat Bars, which are the brainchild of a new mother who saw the need for a smaller, healthier version of our core range, which could cater for those with dairy and gluten related allergies as well as those on low FODMAP diets.
The bakery industry currently finds itself caught between two competing headwinds – the powerful desire for moments of comfort and indulgence and the ongoing trend towards healthier living. At Blackfriars, we believe that you can and should have both, which is why we provide such an extensive range, never compromising on taste. After conducting a customer survey in 2020, we found that our best customer demographic is 34+ with interests in sports (mostly hiking, walking), reading, cooking and gardening. We offer competitive pricing whilst still being able to offer high quality products for high quality snacking.
