Program Restrictions

1. Purpose

This Affiliate Marketing Policy outlines the rules and guidelines affiliates must follow when promoting our products or services. Specifically, it addresses restrictions on unauthorised discount codes and bidding on brand keywords to ensure compliance, protect brand integrity, and maintain fairness across all marketing channels.

This policy applies to all affiliates participating in the Allens Swimwear affiliate program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to abide by these terms in addition to the overarching Affiliate Program Agreement.

2. Prohibited Actions

2.1 Unauthorised Discount/Voucher Codes

• The Affiliate shall not promote or distribute discount/voucher codes that have not been explicitly assigned to them or approved by the Allens Swiwmear.


• The Affiliate shall not use discount/voucher codes obtained from unauthorised sources, including other affiliates, customers, or promotional campaigns not intended for affiliate use.


• Only discount/voucher codes provided via the Affiliate platform may be used.

2.2 Bidding on Brand Keywords

• The Affiliate shall not bid on the Company?s brand keywords or URLs, including misspellings, such as the company name, product names, or variations thereof, in any paid search engine marketing campaigns.


• The Affiliate shall not use the Company?s trademarks, trade names, or proprietary terms in ad copy, URLs, or display URLs.


• This restriction applies to all search engines, social media platforms, and other digital advertising networks.

2.3 False Representation

• The Affiliate shall not claim that unauthorised discount/voucher codes are valid or endorsed by the Company.


• Misleading consumers about the validity of discount codes or brand affiliations constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

2.4 Automated Tools

The Affiliate shall not use bots, crawlers, or other automated tools to scrape or generate discount codes from the Company?s website or other platforms.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

• The Affiliate shall use only the discount codes provided directly by the Company through the Affiliate dashboard.


• The Affiliate is responsible for verifying the validity of any discount codes before promotion.


• The Affiliate shall refrain from bidding on brand keywords or engaging in paid campaigns that infringe on the Company?s intellectual property.


• The Affiliate shall report any unauthorised discount codes, misuse, or keyword bidding violations to the Company.

4. Enforcement and Consequences

Violation of this Agreement may result in the following actions:

• 4.1 Warning: A formal warning may be issued for minor infractions.


• 4.2 Suspension: Repeated violations or significant breaches may result in temporary suspension of the Affiliate?s privileges under this Agreement.


• 4.3 Termination: Persistent non-compliance or severe violations, such as fraud or deliberate misuse, may result in permanent removal from the affiliate program.


• 4.4 Forfeiture of Earnings: Any commissions earned through the use of unauthorised discount codes or brand keyword bidding shall be forfeited.

5. Monitoring and Auditing

The Company reserves the right to monitor the Affiliate?s activities to ensure compliance with this Agreement. Periodic audits may be conducted to verify appropriate use of discount codes and adherence to keyword bidding restrictions.

6. Acknowledgement and Agreement

By participating in the Allens of Kingsbury Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Failure to adhere to this Agreement may result in enforcement actions as outlined in Section 4
