Cooks & Kitchens has a reputation with its customers and suppliers for being a quality operation. We trade at the upper end of the kitchenware sector and offer a standard of service that’s equal to the premium brands that we stock.

For affiliates, this approach means attention-to-detail, low levels of customer returns and a distinctive but competitively-priced range.

Our key brands include WMF, Guzzini, Alessi, Wusthof, Silverwood, Scanpan, Emma Bridgewater, KitchenAid and many more ‘signature’ lines. Our key product categories for online sales are kitchen knives, bakeware, cookware and designer housewares.

Customers

Geographically, Cooks & Kitchens’ customers are spread widely across the UK (we don’t trade outside the UK and Ireland). However, the nature of the products means that there is a strong bias towards the affluent South-East and to more remote parts of the UK where our brands are difficult to find in retail outlets. We also trade strongly in Scotland as, unlike many merchants, we don’t charge extra shipping for the Highlands & Islands, etc.

Whilst our customers are predominantly female, this split is only about 60/40, simply because many men who cook want the ‘right tools’ and are prepared to pay for them.

Web Development

We take our online operations, and the people we deal with, very seriously. As a result, the site typically undergoes a significant design/navigation update every 18 months, based on research and using tools such as heatmapping. We also retain the services of Resonant Digital Marketing to guide our development and they look after other merchants with successful affiliate programmes.
