A valid lead exists when contact with a potential customer is made and accurate information is provided. The next step is that the customer then applies to secure a mortgage, loan or commercial finance. This in turn leads to us receiving a commission from the lender.

An invalid lead arises when contact be made with the customer, we canot place the business (this can be due to credit status, affordability or lender criteria) or the customer decides to place the business elsewhere.

A key point to consider when looking to partner with a mortgage broker is the issue of fees. You will be glad to know that we do not charge any broker fees.
