Validation process

Commission will only be paid for policies that have been live for 90 days from their start date which can be up to 30 days from the purchase date. Within these 90 days, all payments due must have been received in full.

Lifetime Pet Cover will validate sales once every four weeks which means commission will be confirmed between 148 and 178 days of the purchase date, depending on the start date of the policy. This accounts for the 90 days the policy has been live plus the potential 30 day cookie period, the potential start date which could be 30 days after purchase, and the four week validation period.

Lifetime Pet Cover are visible on a number of websites, including comparison sites, with which we have commission agreements. To avoid duplicate sales, we only offer commission to the first affiliate/website from which the customer got a quote.

Terms and conditions

Cashback/commission will not be paid if:

• The customer’s initial quote was generated via any other third-party site including price comparison sites
• The customer is renewing an existing policy
• A discount/voucher is applied. This excludes any automatic new business or multipet discount
• The policy has been cancelled within the first 90 days of the start date
• The final purchase was completed over the telephone
• The customer is retrieving a quote they have already generated prior to visiting this website

What is essential?

• Commission/cashback will only be awarded if a policy has been live for 90 days. Lifetime Pet Cover will then validate the sale within the following 4 weeks.
• To be eligible for cashback/commission, the customer must purchase the policy within 30 days of the initial visit/quote
• Cashback/commission will only be applied if the sale is completed online
• The customer must ensure that they have cookie tracking enabled on their device in order for a sale to be tracked correctly
• For a sale to track correctly, the customer must allow the confirmation page to load fully once they have made the purchase
