Upon completing a short form on the Loan.co.uk website customers will be contacted to undertake a 10-15 minute fact-find and then presented with the best finance option available to them. If the customer wishes to go ahead, Loan.co.uk will request ID and financial documents from the customer to backup their application. Once collected, Loan.co.uk will fully process the application with the chosen lender and correspond between both to ensure a smooth process. If the lender accepts the completed application then the funds will be paid out to the customer. Loan.co.uk is notified and commission is paid to the refering affiliate. 

We pay commission on completed Secured Loans. Our ideal customer is a UK resident who earns at least £25,000 per year and owns a UK property with at least £30,000 in equity. 

We pay commission on any completed First-Time-Buy Mortgage, Buy-To-Let Mortgage, or Remortgage product. Our ideal customer is a UK resident who earns at least £22,000 per year and wishes to borrow at least £90,000. 

Customers with good credit, 3 years+ continuous standard employment history, higher earners & significant property equity will be more likely to get favourable offers and have their application completed without delay.

The process from application to payout can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months, depending on a number of factors.

Commission will be paid out to affiliates on all applications which result in the Customer being paid by a Lender. All applications will be tracked and validated on a monthly basis.
