As well as High Street mortgages, we also have access to “challenger” bank mortgages, and specialist niche lenders for buy-to-let, impaired credit, equity release, commercial loans, secured loans and are registered as an official Help to Buy panel member. Ensuring as many leads as possible are placed, and transacted to a successful conclusion.

A valid lead is one whereby we make contact with the client, and successfully place this business with a lender, and that transaction completes. We are paid by the lender, and a portion of this is then passed back via the program. Example payment is £250k mortgage at 0.1% = £250 cashback.

An invalid lead is where the client cannot be contacted, we cannot place the business (usually due to credit history, income or deposit situation) or the customer decides to transact the business elsewhere.
