A Valid lead is one where not only is the correct information given but also contact, via telephone, is made with the potential customer. Who will then go on to apply and secure a mortgage, secured loan, or any of the insurances listed where customer purchases the product and we in turn receive comission from the Bank, Building Society etc.

An invalid lead is one which doesn't secure a loan or mortgage or insurance, i.e. they get declined, go elsewhere or apply direct.  We get paid on deals going through and as such we will confirm all details off succesful and unsuccesful leads to our introducers promptly and accurately so everyone knows where they stand.

All we need is name and number through our Contact us page and our sales staff will do the rest. 

Another thing to consider when looking to parter with a IFA or Mortgage Broker, we don't charge any upfront or completion fees of any kind, some of our competitors charge customers several £000's and as such won't get as good a conversion rate and you'll not make as much money from them than you would from us.
