Program Restrictions
Domain Restrictions:
- Affiliates may not make use of any Pars Jewellery trademarks, such as the Pars Jewellery brand name or any trademarked products (including variations and misspells) in their PPC ads and domain names.
- Please do not register any domain names that are similar, or confusingly similar, or have the specific, or accidental intention or consequence of leading visitors to think they are being directed to parsjewellery.co.uk
- Affiliates may not put the Pars Jewellery website into frames, or use masked URLS, or create clones or duplicates of any part of the Pars Jewellery website.
PPC Restrictions:
Pars Jewellery has an in-house PPC program. We do not want affiliates to compete with our own campaign or to drive up our costs.
- PPC bidding on the Pars Jewellery brand name is not allowed, including variations or misspellings such as "Pars Jewelry", "Pars", "parsjewelry.co.uk" or "pars-jewellery", etc.
- Affiliates are not permitted to include any Pars Jewellery brand term, domain or misspelling or variation in their paid search ad text or display URL.
- Affiliates are NOT permitted to use "branded term + generic terms" to gain preferential listings on Google, Yahoo and MSN, for example "Pars Jewellery discount" or "Jewellery from Pars Jewellery" etc.
- We strongly recommend you include "Pars Jewellery", "parsjewellery.co.uk" as a negative keyword on all your campaigns, in order to negate the risk of appearing for parsjewellery.co.uk brand terms.
- Using the Pars Jewellery URL as your display URL is not allowed, nor may you use any misspellings, or upper/lower case variants of the brand name as your display URL.
- All clicks must first land on the affiliate's site, and the user must click from the affiliate's site to Pars Jewellery. Clicks must never land directly on Pars Jewellery. Similarly, overlays and masked URLs are NOT permitted.
Please note we are constantly monitoring search engine activity and we will reverse commissions and reject any affiliates found breaking our PPC Restrictions.
