Program pays £25 per lead, the following action must take place for it to be a valid lead.

1) Firstly they have to choose a product by going through our Product Finder:
Type of borrower (e.g. First time Buyer).
Amount they want to borrow.
Property price.
Term of mortgage.
Number of applicants.

2) Then they have to go through our Agreement in Principle.
Name.
E-mail address.
Salary.
4 credit scoring questions (tick boxes).
Plus 3 extra questions if the mortgage has conditional insurance products attached.

Merchant is paying for genuine confirmed leads that apply online via their website. There is currently a consumer incentive to get people to complete the process online, if you use any of these you must check regularly to ensure they are running as it’s subject to change without notice.
